She is passionate about helping companies shape, sharpen, and strengthen their integrated strategies, so they can focus on building and growing their business for success. Some Examples of Past Projects

desajet

desajet is the next-gen empty-legs private jet booking marketplace. With an innovative platform underway by their technology team based in Cambridge UK, the desajet team was looking to create a stronger web presence, which will help them in their storytelling efforts and presentations to potential partners.

Mawarni was tasked to create and publish their digital homebase i.e. their responsive website in desktop and mobile versions, a LinkedIn page and integrating their existing Instagram page. Mawarni also advised them on strategic branding and communications.

NEXX by Sime Darby

NEXX was a project by the innovation lab team within Sime Darby to bring together all business units within the conglomerate under one utility app to unify, cross-sell, and up-sell the group's services, and ultimately improve its customer experience and increase revenue.

Mawarni was tasked to create the brand book and the integrated marketing strategy for employee and customer engagement, covering digital and on-ground experiential channels, and acting as a conduit between internal key stakeholders and external agencies while overseeing its successful end-to-end execution.

DRESSING THE MAN by Wardrobe

DRESSING THE MAN was a tactical digital and influencer campaign by Wardrobe to target a new set of audiences and introduce their products and bespoke services. Through compelling storytelling and a visually appealing series of videos, their products were showcased as playing a subtle but integral role in the entrepreneurs' lives.

Mawarni approached and secured collaboration with all 5 entrepreneurs, and created the integrated video campaign strategy and execution around them via a campaign microsite and digital channels.

POSITIVELY PERSONAL by Azran Osman-Rani

POSITIVELY PERSONAL was a video content series that follows Azran's journey over four years as a thought leader, an Ironman athlete, and a motivational figure, after his exit from AirAsia X to founding his business venture, Naluri.

 

Determined to keep up with his knowledge-sharing, Azran worked with Mawarni to ideate, produce, publish, and adapt his content to different formats, every week across all the social media channels. Mawarni also created his website to host his portfolio to further improve his digital footprint.

VARIOUS CAMPAIGNS by Tune Hotels

TUNE HOTELS had gone through several changes internally as well as changes in their franchise ownerships and partnerships during this period, which impacted their brand and marketing efforts. They needed to launch several campaigns that could quickly increase their visibility and relevance for hotel stay bookings for new and existing customer bases.

Mawarni was brought in to help the team and launched the MYCHOICEIS, MARCH MADNESS, and CNY Huah Ah campaigns, integrating social media, email marketing, and digital channels to achieve the goals.

AXXESS by Shieldcard

AXXESS was a project to introduce a new innovative product under Shieldcard Holdings, aimed at democratizing insurance for the underinsured. It offers a new way for consumers to pay for their coverage through daily spending, partnerships with other insurers, or other consumer programs.

Mawarni was tasked to create the new brand from the ground up, starting with the logo, then its brand manifesto, brand colours, its brand architecture, and the brand elements application across relevant channels.

PERSONAL BRANDING FOR INTROVERTS 

INTROVERTS make up approximately 25% of the world's population according to reports. If you are an introvert in the business world, how do compete with the extroverts and build your brand? You don't. You do not keep up with the Joneses but instead, stay in your quiet strength lane and build from there.

Mawarni, who is an introvert but works in an extroverted marketing industry, built her website herself and curated her LinkedIn posts to reflect her brand. Since 2015, she has actively experimented with what works best and now applies her learnings to help others.
